Pricing

• Initial Psychiatric Evaluation $250 - up to 1 hour

• Psychiatric Follow-up Visit $125 - up to 30 minutes

Good Faith Estimate of Revisit Frequency for all diagnosis. 

This is only an estimate, subject to your status, preference, provider preference: 

• The first revisit is typically 1 month after your initial appointment.

• If medication changes occur during the visit, a subsequent visit will occur 1 month following the change.

• If stable on present medication, visits occur every 3 months for the continuation of care and medications.

• Subsequent revisits due to a period of instability will be done as needed.

• You may see us more often per your preference.
